Etsy.com has some <a href="http://www.etsy.com/shop/alluringbeaddesigns?section_id=5284606#listing-header">really cool stuff</a>, but it quickly becomes apparent that most of the stuff there is pretty easy to manufacture yourself.  It just takes a little bit of knowledge.  (and inspiration, but Etsy is good at showing you what's possible)
