    I'm broadly an inclusionist.  The only rule along the lines of "notability" that I've ever been
    able to gather a coherent reason for is this: imagine trying to create an exhaustive compendium
    of information that has articles *like this*.  Does the project *now* have the resources (in terms
    of interested personnel) to maintain an exhaustive set of articles of this type?  If so, if it's
    possible to say something true and useful about the topic, and if it is not contrary to the
    mission of CZ in other respects, then I don't know why we shouldn't include the article.  If
    not, then we should not say, "It's not notable" but instead "We don't yet have a quorum to deal
    responsibility with a set of articles of this type."
