Unlike {{tl|disambig-cleanup}}, this tag isn't intended to combine with/replace {{tl|disambig}} because 1) it can be used at the top of specific sections (eg. human names), and 2) we have so many alternatives to <nowiki>{{disambig}}</nowiki> now (eg. {{tl|hndis}}, {{tl|3CC}}, {{tl|shipindex}}, ...) that combining tags is sometimes ackward.

- Discuss it at [[WP:MOSDAB]]...  the premise of the tag is that these are true:
    - even for experts, doing the basic reformatting is nearly automatic and needs only one person, but the inclusion criteria stuff is more complex and may need wider input
    - MOSDAB's inclusion criteria is fairly subtle and harder on average to understand than the rest of [[WP:MOSDAB]]
  and it's possible others don't agree...  eg. they may think it's easier than I'm making it out to be?

If I chose to break out a separate "inclusion criteria" section, it would mention:

- Entries that have no encyclopedia link should be moved to Wiktionary (per [[WP:NOT]] a dictionary)
- Entries that have a redlink, and the editor isn't confident that an encyclopedia entry could be written on the subject
