It would be nice to have multiple SSIDs, to have different security zones:

• trusted — able to access my printers, etc
• untrusted — not able to access my internal network, only able to get out to the public internet
• advertise — doesn't do anything other than return a banner page for EVERY URL fetched... (AKA a "captive portal") it describes what this network is, and how to gain access to it (i.e. by talking to me, and getting the password from me)

Distros that support multiple SSIDs:

• ZeroShell — multiple SSID, captive portal
• Zentyal — captive portal...
